The Herts, Bucks and Beds annual tribute concert and BBQ - battling through despite the rain !
If you were anywhere in the vicinity of Westoning you will remember the Spring Bank Holiday Monday weather but in spite of that and thanks to local, extraordinary support from everyone involved - the sound guys, the bands, and Harry and Richard at the Bell they still managed to make £200.00 for the chosen charity ‘CHAS’ (Children’s Hospice Association Scotland).
Others to mention in dispatches are Colette yet again, Martin and Yvonne Price, Yvonne’s Dad (who kindly donated some raffle prizes) and Roger and Marianne Grimes who did the B-B-Q, not such a bad idea that, they were probably the only people who managed to keep warm and dry.
