I understand this application will be considered by the Institute of Transport Administration Membership and Training Committee, which will decide and inform me of their decision. I confirm that to the best of my knowledge the information given on this form is correct. I understand my membership shall be conditional upon abiding to the Institute’s Rules & by-laws and that the Institute may seek an appropriate reference from my current and previous employers.

I further understand that to assist with my grading I will be asked to supply a full C.V and copies of any relevant qualifications after my application has been initially processed.
