There are now only 17 days left to opt in to the RHA’s truck cartel claim. If you have not taken steps to opt into the claim in the last 6 months then you will not be opted in.
The obligation is on operators to ensure that they have fully opted in by the deadline of 28 February 2025, even if they had previously signed up or registered their interest, to ensure that they are able to benefit from the RHA’s claim. After this date, you may be out of time to proceed with any claim against the truck manufacturers to recover your losses caused as a result of their competition law infringement.
If you have not yet registered your interest on our website, you must do so by 14 February 2025. This is to allow sufficient time for the RHA team to process your registration and send out the email containing your opt in link so that you can complete the process by 28 February 2025.
