Changes to the UK operator licensing regime and arrangements for the temporary posting of workers in the UK and EU: request for evidence

1 Jul 2021

The current O Licensing regime covers goods vehicles weighing 3.5 tonnes and over, over and larger passenger carrying vehicles.

The consultation seeks views and information as to the changes set to take place in 2022.  Under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) negotiated between the UK and EU there was an agreement to extent the O licensing regime to include goods vehicles of 2.5 tonnes to 3.5 tonnes gross weight, medium and large vans.

The consultation ends on 24th August 2021, and is your chance to have your say.
