Fireworks: seasonal exemption of certain ADR provisions for UN 0336

The authorisation is to allow the carriage by road of UN 0336, fireworks, in certain quantities without adherence to provisions of ADR 8.1.2.2 (a), 9.1.2, 9.2.2.4, 9.2.4.8.5, 9.3.3 (second subparagraph), and 9.3.7.3 (second subparagraph), within Great Britain only.

 A clean, legible copy of this authorisation must be carried in the driver’s cab.

The authorisation is valid from 19 August 2024 until 31 January 2025 unless otherwise revoked.
