In the DVSA’s latest Business Plan, a commitment was made to improve the experience of DVSA’s services. As part of this DVSA are carrying out a review of how the IVA scheme works and before they do would like to hear about your experiences of services such as:
• the application process
• the current inspection process
• how you would prefer to use our services
