Heavy vehicle testing review – moving forward

2 Sep 2021

In March 2021, the Department for Transport published the Heavy Vehicle Testing Review. You can read the Heavy Vehicle Testing Review report at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/heavy-vehicle-testing-review/heavy-vehicle-testing-review-final-report.

The report makes a number of recommendations about the heavy vehicle testing service.

In the first in a series of regular blog posts, Neil Barlow, Head of Vehicle Policy and Engineering at DVSA, explains more about the review and what has been achieved so far.
