Maintenance Provider Rating Scheme (MPRS) – Now Live

29 Apr 2025

Set up to raise the bar for commercial vehicle maintenance and to assist operators in making informed choices for the maintenance provision they use.

The scheme sets the standards, not regulations or accreditation, where workshops will be rated based upon staff skills, processes and quality of the facilities with a rating from ‘qualified’ for basic facilities and skills, through bronze, silver and gold to ‘platinum’ for facilities and staff at the top tier.

Maintenance providers are encouraged to join the scheme.
