Apply to change your authorised testing facility (ATF) details, including your site manager, operating hours or vehicle classes, or make physical site changes.

Use this form to make changes or update your test centre’s details.

You need to apply to make changes to:

  • your trading company or legal entity
  • authorised signatory, site manager or deputy manager
  • your site, third-party access, operating hours, classes of vehicles your site can test, and your site equipment
