National Highways performance report 2024 to 2025

The Secretary of State for Transport’s report on the performance of National Highways during the 2024 to 2025 reporting year, the final year of the second Road Investment Strategy (RIS 2) is released.

The report builds on advice from the Office of Rail and Road, in its role as highways monitor and from National Highways’ own reporting.

It includes updates on enhancement delivery and operational performance and offers a look to the future with an update on the RIS3 development.
