New pan-European used car grading standard

A new pan-European used car grading system was revealed at the latest member meeting of the Vehicle Remarketing Association (VRA).

News of the initiative, which is being created by the Car Remarketing Association of Europe (CARA), was presented by Gavin Shone, head of operations at Openlane.

Work had been ongoing for four months, he explained, with stakeholders looking to similar schemes in the United Kingdom, United States and Japan.
