Access to the OCRS Operator Risk Compliance Score via the Transport Office Portal will change from 31 March 2023 with closure of the portal.
Reports will be accessed through the VOL, Vehicle Operator Licence portal, and be called the Operator Report Service.
Operators and Transport Managers are expected to be monitoring the data regularly by the Traffic Commissioner and DVSA.
Operators with a VOL portal account need take no action as the Operator Report Service will automatically be available, but those without a VOL account will need to register to access the new service.
