DVSA previously provided information to update that OCRS customer reports were unavailable due to IT issues.
DVSA now report that the repairs are taking longer than expected due to technical requirements and access to the reports may not be available until the end of June
It is still possible to access the following TOP services:
• vehicle test history
• encounter report
• top up your Pre-Funded Account (PFA)
DVSA enforcement work will continue during this period using additional targeting information, such as encounter history. An update will be provided once the status of the system is known.
