Office of Traffic Commissioner have improved how application evidence is accepted
The systems for accepting application evidence in VOL are improved, as from 15th October. You can now continue submitting evidence after you've submitted your application - until the OTC has made a decision on the application.
Previously, the button to submit evidence disappeared once the application was submitted.
