Public service vehicle (PSV) alterations notification – form update

Provide a notification of alterations if you've made changes to the specification of a public service vehicle (PSV).

Form to notify Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) of changes to the specification of a PSV (a ‘notifiable alteration’). No fee.

Notification of alterations for the normal like-for-like replacement of worn, defective or damaged parts on a PSV are not required.
