Record or change details of a public service vehicle (PSV) with DVSA

Record a public service vehicle's details with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) so you get the right documents and can book an annual test (MOT).

After you or the dealer register your public service vehicle (PSV) with DVLA, you must record the PSV’s details with DVSA, in order that an annual test (MOT) can be booked for the vehicle.
