Regulatory Decisions – Conduct of Professional Drivers

The ability to be aware of the outcome of a driver conduct hearing, or that the driver has been called to such a hearing, has often been spoken about.

 

Decisions made by Traffic Commissioners on hearings around Heavy Goods Vehicle and Passenger Carrying Vehicle driving entitlement.

 

The regulatory decisions include:

  • warnings
  • revocations
  • suspensions
  • refusals
  • extended disqualifications
  • grant of entitlement
