1 Apr 2021

The Highway Code applies to England, Scotland and Wales. It is essential reading for everyone.

The update is provided to add information to the vehicle maintenance section (Annex 6) about the ages of tyres allowed to be used on goods vehicles with a maximum gross weight of more than 3.5 tonnes and passenger vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats.
