Arrangements for the performance testing, certification and marking of packagings used to transport dangerous goods (note 2).

 

Details

These arrangements summarise the national and international recommendations and regulations for the transport of dangerous goods relating to packagings, including packages, large packagings and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs).

 

This guidance covers:

  • the adoption of UN recommendations and international requirements
  • transport within the UK
  • UK implementation of chapters 6.1, 6.3 and 6.6 of the recommendations
