Traffic Commissioners Annual Report for 2021/22

The annual report to the Secretary of State contains collaborative input from all of the traffic commissioners.  The report opens with a foreword by the STC which amongst other items mentions the possibility of an interim licence for the passenger transport operators and progress towards a 35 working day licence application determination.  There is also mention of the return of public inquiry hearings to pre-pandemic levels and the priority to ensure unsafe operators are not permitted to operate on GB roads.
