The team of specialists in both freight and passenger transport, based in many locations throughout the UK, are able to offer a variety of services that would prevent an operator/transport manager from being called to a Public Inquiry (PI) and maintain expected compliance with industry regulation.

It is also able to offer preparation of evidence for and representation at PI, followed by services designed to ensure that the operator/transport manager and operation/business remains compliant.

As many PIs are the result of a lack of awareness, IoTA are able to offer an essential TC-recognised ‘Systems Compliance Audit’ service, designed to ensure that the systems in place are fully up to date and compliant and that operator licence holders, (international, national and restricted), transport managers/responsible persons are brought up to date.

Drivers often have queries regarding the use of the rules and seek advice and guidance.  The IoTA consultancy team are happy to provide answers and support to ensure a firm understanding and compliant use of the rules and regulations. There are also services available to assist in preparation for and representation at driver hearings, should you be required to attend one.
