IoTA Honours Outgoing Senior Traffic Commissioner at CPT Regional Meeting

The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) Regional Meeting in Cambourne yesterday (15th May 2025) provided the backdrop for a significant moment of recognition as the Institute of Transport Administration (IoTA) paid tribute to Mr. Richard Turfitt, the outgoing Senior Traffic Commissioner (STC).

Our Chairman and President had the honour of presenting Mr. Turfitt with a commemorative gift – two meticulously detailed model display buses adorned with special livery – to mark his distinguished service and considerable contributions to the transportation sector.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These model buses represent more than a simple token of appreciation; they symbolize the remarkable journey and significant achievements that have defined Mr. Turfitt's tenure as Senior Traffic Commissioner. The presentation ceremony embodied IoTA's sincere gratitude to Mr. Turfitt for his exemplary service.
